Born in Rome, Italy, she was raised in Paris, France, before moving to Miami 15+ years ago.

She has a 15-year experience as a real estate agent, selling residential and commercial properties in Southeast Florida (Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Aventura, Hollywood, Key Biscayne, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach) to local and international property buyers, landlords, investors and sellers.

She currently works for Coldwell Banker Realty and loves to create bridges between traditional real estate sales and the applications of technology (geospatial software, AI platforms, or cryptocurrency assets) depending on her clients' goals.

She is also a Crypto Certified Agent, which allows her to help sellers and buyers who wish to use their cryptocurrencies to make a deposit, get a loan or exchange them for US dollars for a transaction.

Arielle is taking online BOMI courses in order to gain knowledge which is specific to commercial property management.
BOMI (the Building Owners and Managers Institute) is a non-profit educational organization that provides professional development, courses for property and facility management professionals.

- Developing an income budget; to forecast revenue and support strategic decisions in property management (rent roll analysis property data). Identifying income sources is key to making informed financial decisions.

Controlling costs; to optimize operational expenses, identify and eliminate unnecessary spending.

- Capital budgeting; evaluate, and prioritize major investments such as improvements and replacements. It guarantees that every dollar spent enhances property value and aligns with your ownership goals.

Recording revenue; how to properly record and manage the types of revenue for your commercial property, which includes billing tenants, collecting payments, and reporting (base rent, additional rent; taxes, maintenance, CPI increases), and miscellaneous fees such as repairs and utilities.

- Property management services also include overseeing daily property operations (maintenance, security, landscaping, vendor contracts), coordinating and reporting necessary repairs, tracking collections, and enforcing rent payments.
